Terms and Condition
Tour Fares Include：
Travel Protection Plan Insurance: When you confirm a reservacation and make final payment at least 45 days prior to departure, Golden Travel provides full coverage of your vacation travel with our protection insurance at no additional charge (apply to U.S residents only).
We also offer an optional protection plan at your own expense when you make your final
payment within 44 days prior to departure.

Air Transportation: A round trip international air ticket is included with the tour as specified
in the itinerary. Please consult your travel agent regarding the air fare if you are departing
from cities other than the specified cities.

Hotel Accommodation: Based on two adults sharing one twin bedded room, double
occupancy. A customer who travels alone is required to pay a single supplement rate. A
single room is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost. Triple room
is not available in China. When the hotel listed in the brochure is not available, the similar
category hotel will be substituted without prior notice.

Meals: Meals will be provided in hotels, local restaurants or on board domestic or
international flights as specified in the itinerary.

Sightseeing: While the sightseeing program is specified in the itinerary, its final arrangements will be determined by local tour escort or tour manager based on circumstances which are
beyond the control of Golden Travel, such as weather, acts of God, dangers, incidents to the sea,
fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or authorities and wars
under local conditions. However, we will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as
possible.

Admission / Entrance Fee: All necessary main entrance fees and cruise tickets for the
programs mentioned in the itinerary will be included.

Tour Fare Does Not Include：
porterage, excess baggage charge, phone bills, postage, laundry, drinks, insurance premiums; charges arising from deviation; Meals not mentioned in the itinerary; Tips for tour guide or
driver, bellman; Air fares from your hometown to the gateway city; airport taxes or air ticket
taxes; any charges levied by local, state, or federal government agency; any expense due to
delay or change of schedule; over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties,
sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of governments
civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for
any other cause beyond Golden Travel control.

General Conditions：
Tour Price: All tour prices are in US dollars and are based on tariffs and rates of currency
exchange effect in January 1, 2004. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary
and fair byGolden Travel.

When the total number of tour members should fall below 10 people, Golden Travel reserves the
right to cancel the tour and the tour fare except visa fees will be refunded.

Passport / Visa: All customers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return
day of the trip. Please consult with your travel agent if you have a non-US passport. China
visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, and good for a stay up to 30 days in China.
$80 is the fee for obtaining an individual single entry China visa through Golden Travel. This visa
fee is non-refundable for any reason and is subject to change. Golden Travel is not responsible
when you are denied entrance to China for any reason, even if you have a valid passport and visa.

Baggage: Baggage is at owner's risk throughout. Baggage allowance for transatlantic flight is two pieces per person for checked baggage with combined total dimension not exceeding 106 inches provided neither one exceeds 62 inches nor 70 lbs. Carry on baggage is limited to one
piece with combined total dimension not exceeding 45 inches. Excess baggage charge and
insurance is at the owner's responsibility. Baggage allowance in China is restricted to one
piece only and not to exceed 44 lb

Deviation Charge: In addition to the airline or hotel surcharge, there will be a US$50 charge for any deviation from the tour.

Change Fee: After your reservation confirmed, US$50 will be charged for each of the
subsequent changes. Once documents / tickets have been issued, no change is permitted.

Charges for Children: For children 11 years and under, if they share room with two adults and not ask for extra bed, they will be charged at the listed child fare or 75% of a regular adult
price; if they need an extra bed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the
regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price. 

Golden Travel reserves the right to exclude passengers as a tour member, when such person's
health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of
the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour members. Any unused tour feature
either on air transportation or on land arrangement is not refundable, exchangeable nor
transferable.

Health: To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, Golden Travel recommends that travelers be in good health. Please consult with your physician regarding to your wellness and ability to
travel long distances. Any physical or mental disability which requires special treatment or
attention must be noted at the time of reservation.

Shopping: To meet your shopping needs, certain shopping stops during the tour have been
arranged by the local handling agency. Although Golden Travel tour director is happy to assist
you with any shopping requirements, we do not take any responsibility for any items
purchased at shops on tour. Any after sales corespondence must be between the customer
and the shops.

The airlines, airports, bus company, hotels, or local travel agency have their own regulations
and insurance policies protecting its clients regarding to safety and other issues during the
trip. Customers should contact related operator directly since Golden Travel is not responsible for
what the insurance of the third party tour supplier covers.

Late Booking: Last minute booking (within 30 days prior to departure) is subject to
availability, will be assessed a $25 per person surcharge and taken only with full payment.

The reservation and payment for Golden Travel any tour shall be deemed to agree and to be consent to these terms and conditions.
