Overview: In this trip, you may experience the new program for Olympic Stadium, and you may visit famous and fantastic Water Cube and Bird Nest!

Day 1
You will meet our guide at the airport on your arrival. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Day 2 (B, L, D)

Full day trip to the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven. In the evening (7:15~8:30PM), enjoy the Chinese Acrobat, or Chinese Kongfu show, choose one show from these two options, depending on your interest.

1. The Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
2. The Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
3. Afternoon, your tour will visit the Temple of Heaven, where is not only the largest group of temple building in China, but also the largest heaven-worshipping architecture in the world.

Day 3 (B, L, D)

You will meet the guide at the hotel lobby in the morning. The Great Wall,Ming Toumbs and enjoy the famous Quanjude Duck Dinner.

1.The Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China. (about 60 miles away from downtown, one and half hour's drive)
2. The Ming Tomb: The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the Ming Dynasty.

Day 4 (B, L)

You will meet the guide at the hotel lobby in the morning. Today your highlight going to Hutong, Beihai Park, Jinshan Park.

  1. Hutong visiting by rickshaws bicycle ride, Hutongs are the old traditional alleyways and courtyard homes which once covered all Beijing. Many still survive today and are pleasant to walk or bike through. Not much has changed and you can see how people lived in the past.The China Guide's Hutong Tour starts with a cycle rickshaw ride through the hutongs. Cycle rickshaws are a traditional means of transportation in the old narrow streets.
  2.  Beihai Park --situated in the Xicheng District and has a history of more than 1,000 years. This park was built up through five dynasties,
  3. Jinshan Park--- Jingshan Park (Jingshan Gongyuan) was a part of the Forbidden City until the early 1900's when the walls were pulled down and a road cut through it destroying several gates and buildings between the park and the rear entrance of the palace. The hill in Jingshan Park was made with the earth removed to create the palace moat. It is well worth the climb on a clear day for spectacular views of the Forbidden City and Beijing.
 Day 5 (B, L)

You will meet the guide at the hotel lobby in the morning. and you may go inside and outside of the Olympic Stadium for pictures.

  1. The Olympic Stadium--Bird Nest, Water cube.

2. Visit The Silk Market at Xiushui Jie and the free market at Sanlitun are also favorites among tourists.

Day 6 (B, L)
You will meet the guide at the hotel lobby in the morning. See you off to the airport after the half day visiting.
In the morning visit Lama Temple.
Lama Temple (Yonghe Temple; Yonghe Lamasery) is the largest and best-preserved lamasery in Beijing. It was built in 1694 during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) as the residence of the Emperor Yongzheng (the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty) before he ascended the throne.

Day 1
Arrival / Beijing
 

Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of day is at leisure or you can explore the city on your own.

Day 2
(B, L, D) Beijing

Your sightseeing this morning is Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City, known as the Palace Museum. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven. You will have a chance to appreciate the night show performances in the evening (choose one: Acrobatic or Kongfu or Peking Opera).

1.Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
2.Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties with a history of about 600 years.

3.Temple of Heaven: The place where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.
4.Evening performance: Peking Opera Show, or Chinese Acrobat, or Chinese Kongfu show.

Day 3
(B, L, D) Beijing

 

A morning tour of the Great Wall of China after Chinese style lunch you will be driven to visit the largest tomb of the 13 Ming Tombs-Changling Tomb and the Sacred Road towards. Have dinner in Quanjude restaurant, enjoy the the famous Peking Duck. Then back to your hotel. 

1. Great Wall: One of the seven wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
2. Ming Tomb: The only underground tomb of the thirteen tombs of the emperors in the Ming Dynasty.
- Sacred Road: The road is guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.

Day 4
(B,L) Beijing -> Xi'an

 

This morning trip to visit Summer Palace and after lunch transfer to airport for the flight to Xian.
Upon arrival , you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of day is at leisure.

  1. Summer Palace: The largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years.(By boat through Kunming Lake)
  2. Finish lunch, flight from Beijing to Xi’an
  3. Visit Local Moslem market.
  4. Have a dinner at Xi’an local restauraut
Day 5
(B, L) Xi'an

Today your city tour features the Terra-cotta warriors and Bell Tower and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Buy your own dinner at local restaurants and enjoy the Tang Dynasty song and dance performances for evening entertainment .

1. Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: The army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
2. Bell Tower: The emblem of Xi'an city.
3. Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
4. Tang Dynasty show: It presents the palace dances and songs in the Tang Dynasty when Xi'an was the Capital.

Day 6
(B, L) Xi'an/ Departure

Take a morning visit to Ancient City Wall. Head for airport after lunch to catch the flight for Beijing or Shanghai. (You can choose your next destination from these two cities.)
